What does it mean to work with fungi in this cohort? Working with fungi refers to intentional, small-scale experiences with sacred fungi to support emotional balance, creative flow, and inner growth. This is not about overwhelming experiences — it’s about subtle shifts and meaningful connection with the medicine, supported by community, reflection, and integration practices.

Do I need prior experience with fungi? Not at all. This cohort welcomes beginners as well as those with prior experience. If this is your first time working with fungi in this way, you’ll receive gentle guidance and education on how to approach the practice safely and intentionally. All practices are optional, and you will be supported in finding your own rhythm

It is a living, breathing container rooted in seasonal wisdom, personal rhythm, and community care. Rather than focusing solely on schedules or techniques, we center your lived experience, the process of integration, and embodied practices that nurture your growth. You will be supported, not rushed — invited, not instructed. This is a space to be seen and held as you move through your own unique journey with fungi. Integration over information.
